A Filipino pole vault sensation who secured his first US win at the USA Track and Field Los Angeles Grand Prix, he has joined the roster of Filipino achievers who continue to soar.

Looking ahead, he plans to have a coaching clinic in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, where a newly constructed pole vault venue will stand as the foundation for sustainable programs.

He recently declared victory in the recently concluded US elections, holding a significant lead over his opponent.

The first Filipino American mayor of South San Francisco, he has been recognized for successful initiatives to enhance public safety, provide affordable housing and  improve his constituents’ quality of life.
